Kindtide is led by Sarah Purches, a senior Talent Leader with more than 20 years experience across start-ups, scale-ups, online education, digital banking, renewable energy, health and global professional services. She has built Talent functions from the ground up, strengthened EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and employer brands and designed people practices that lift culture and performance.
